The East of England Apprenticeship Ambassador Network has written an excellence guide, Apprentice Reboarding Post Covid-19: A Guide for Employers relating to support and guidance on reboarding apprentices.
This has been written by apprenticeship employers, to support other apprenticeship employers to feel more confident and inspired in navigating the transition towards the ‘new normal’. The East of England Apprenticeship Ambassador Network wants to help employers to feel informed and empowered to know what they can ask of their apprenticeship training provider and to be aware of the range of support that they, and their apprentices are entitled to.
