Space to Think - The 5% Club in conjunction with Brathay Trust

Following the success of previous Space to Think retreats, The 5% Club is delighted to confirm that this unique two-day residential experience will return in January 2027, delivered
in partnership with Brathay Trust.

Set in the inspiring surroundings of the Lake District, Space to Think provides members with the opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday work, reflect on the challenges and
opportunities ahead, and connect with peers from across The 5% Club community. Whether you have joined us before and would like to return, or this will be your first Space to
Think experience, we would love to welcome you.

The retreat is exclusively available to members of The 5% Club. If your organisation is not yet a member but would like to be part of initiatives such as this, membership is free and
provides access to a growing community of employers committed to investing in people through earn and learn.
