Event description: To support individuals and organisations through the cost of living/cost of doing business crisis we need the apprenticeship system to work better for all. Employers are dissatisfied with the apprenticeship levy and given the large amount of unspent levy and the huge drop in apprenticeship starts since the levy was introduced – it is clear that the system isn’t working for all at the moment.
This event will investigate a number of ways that the levy and system could be adapted to better meet the needs of employers, support industry skills requirements and provide opportunities for individuals.
