The Apprenticeship Diversity Champions Network (ADCN) is an employer led Network whose members have committed to take action to widen participation in apprenticeships, champion diversity, and support greater social mobility. Members, including Rolls Royce and Balfour Beatty, work across their organisations as well as with schools, partners and suppliers, to ensure apprenticeships are open to candidates from all backgrounds, as well as increasing representation from ethnic minority candidates, women in STEM, candidates with learning difficulties or disabilities, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The Association of Apprentices (AoA) supports the UK’s hugely talented community of almost one million apprentices to be our best. The organisation is for apprentices, but its work is also led by apprentices.
AoA provides the social and broader elements often missing from apprenticeship programmes, with access to advice and guidance which supports life-long career development and a lifetime of professional networks.
The Association is a place to come together with apprentices past and present to support each other.
Brathay offers people development and leadership coaching for businesses and organisations; outdoor residentials for community groups and schools, and holiday accommodation and challenge events for the public.
Each runs as part of a social enterprise aiming to enhance wellbeing and create long-lasting personal change. Any surplus income generated is used to fund life-changing programmes for children, young people and families facing challenges in their lives.

Our flagship programme Industrial Cadets, patroned by His Majesty King Charles III, is a widely recognised, accredited awards scheme providing industry-based experiences on pathways through education to employment, ensuring young people are equipped with skills, confidence and knowledge to help them with their next steps and creating opportunities for their future careers. We work in partnership to deliver and accredit over 50,000 experiences annually, with all young people receiving Industrial Cadets awards as recognition and celebration of their achievements.
The Multicultural Apprenticeship Alliance is the rebranded, more inclusive, and next chapter of what was the BAME Apprenticeship Alliance.
It refocuses and joins up a number of the projects Pathway Group has incubated over the years, including the Apprenticeship Diversity & Social Mobility Forum (ADSFM) and Apprenticeship Hack, Career Hack, as well as more joined up working with other Pathway Group brands such as the Festival of Apprenticeships.
In addition, it will continue to work closely with its annual Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards ceremony, which has also been rebranded to the Multicultural Apprenticeships Awards, reflecting the need for broader participation and needs of local businesses community, and apprenticeships.
The St Martin’s Group is a unique membership organisation created to support the UK economy by fostering a sustainable, quality-focused and employer-led apprenticeship and skills system.
