We are holding one of our quarterly events for members alongside the UK Invictus Trials. We will be showcasing how businesses can develop apprentices beyond their apprenticeship, developing resilience and skills for life (outward bound courses, WorldSkills, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award) plus how we can support young people with good mental health and resilience for the modern day world. As well as hearing from our members we will also have apprentices telling us what they want from their apprenticeships beyond just the qualification.
