The 5% Club Armed Forces Special Interest Group will provide a collaborative platform for member organisations to share best practices, develop resources, and create structured career pathways that facilitate the integration of Armed Forces members into the civilian workforce.
This first face-to-face event will build on the inaugural online meeting to focus on early careers service leavers, which represent a third of all leavers, as well as cadets and service spouses, with discussion on accessing these talent pools through the lens of workplace learning.
