Our 2025-26 Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Members
The 5% Club offers an enhanced, prestigious level of membership awarded via its benchmarking programme, the Employer Audit. The Audit recognises the UK’s leading employers of apprentices, graduates and degree placement students – and provides invaluable benchmarking information for apprenticeship managers, graduate recruiters and senior management.
The Employer Audit provides each employer taking part in the research programme official accreditation as either a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum member of The 5% Club, along with an exclusive benchmarking research report analysing their latest employment and recruitment of ‘earn as you learn’ graduates, apprentices and trainees.
This annual process awards Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships every autumn. Two hundred and fifty two Members have been recognised in the 2025-26 Employer Audit process.
