Launched in 2022, The 5% Club UK National Employer “Earn & Learn” Awards were created to provide greater prestige for its top performing members.
The 2025-26 awards will be made to those selected from The 5% Club’s 252 members who have participated in the 2025-26 Employer Audit recognition scheme, leading to its enhanced Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze membership.
Participants in our Employer Audit 2025-26 will be automatically entered for the awards; there is no need to complete Award submission forms or provide lengthy documentation. Winners are selected from the research undertaken with Employer Audit participants.
