Learn about the Space to Think initiative (27-28 January 2026)
The “Space to Think” event in 27-28 January 2026 will give you a chance to plan and prepare for 2026, and to sample Brathay’s innovative approach to outdoor experiential learning. Ideally suited to early careers and apprenticeship programmes.
This is an excellent opportunity to meet with fellow members of The 5% Club, network, discuss shared challenges and solutions and also provide you, as an individual, space to think and reflect, all surrounded by the stunning lakes and hills of the Lake District National Park.
We’re excited to announce that Space to Think, part of The 5% Club Academy offer, will return to the Lake District 27-28 January 2026.

Now in its third year, Space to Think offers:
– Inspiring workshops and outdoor learning;
– Time for reflection and personal growth;
– Informal networking with fellow members;
– The chance to recharge in the stunning Lake District.
No outdoor experience is needed — just curiosity and openness.
