How apprenticeships can develop the future beyond the pandemic

An event held jointly with The Open University and The 5% Club – this online session was broadcast during National Apprenticeship Week 2021.

The Open University’s Business Barometer 2020 found that almost half of employers acknowledged that apprenticeships and work-based learning programmes will be vital to their recovery over the next year.

This webinar discusses the results of a new survey on employers’ very latest approaches to apprenticeships. The expert panel explain how apprenticeships can play a part in the rebuilding from COVID-19 and how some of the barriers can be overcome to secure a bright future for skills development. There was also the opportunity to take part in a live online chat during the session with experts from The 5% Club and The Open University.
